1. Login via ssh with your user
2. User the command “sudo su” to gain root privileges (Enter the same password as your user )
3. Use the command “passwd root” to give root a password
4. Open the file “/etc/ssh/sshd_config”
5. Find the line “PermitRootLogin” and make sure it set to yes
6. Restart your ssh service with “service ssh restart”
